Requirements

There is a requirement of at least 100 credits to graduate. A four-credit course is a year-long major subject that meets daily. Students are required to take the following courses each school year:

Extra Options

  • STEM Projects: Offered to students with interests beyond our standard science curriculum
     
  • Foreign Languages
     
    • Japanese and German, through the intermediate level
       
    • French and Spanish, through the advanced level
       
    • Mandarin, Swedish and Welsh, introductory level
       
  • Music
     
    • Music theory or history
       
    • Lessons in voice or piano, other instruments considered
       
    • Individual Tutorials
       
  • Specific learning challenges such as dyslexia
     
  • Additional support for any school required subjects
     
  • Course work for a student’s personal passion in other educational areas, on campus or online (e.g. Bugs 101 at the University of Alberta)

After School Activities
